Most people subconsciously think of celebrities as superhumans. It’s not like they think celebs can fly or shoot laser eyes…it’s just that it’s tough imagining the rich and famous having to deal with the same problems the rest of us do. However, Kylie Jenner recently proved that celebrities have to deal with the same annoying problems as everyone else!

It all started when she hopped on Instagram in December, 2025. There, she spoke openly about the back pain she had been dealing with and how it changed her life for the worse. Just what did Kylie say? How did she deal with her pain, and how can the rest of us finally get some relief? Keep reading to discover the answers!

Kylie Jenner gets real about back pain

Even though she became famous because of reality television, few expected Kylie Jenner to ever get real about anything, especially a medical issue. However, on December 4, 2025, she decided to get very real over on her Instagram account. There, she revealed that most of her back pain began after she gave birth to Aire, her second son. This made the celeb feel an emotion she almost never experiences: helplessness.

According to Jenner, she experienced “bad, chronic back pain” after giving birth. This seemingly didn’t happen after the birth of her first son, so the sudden appearance of back pain was a major surprise. Like anyone else experiencing this chronic pain, she tried everything she could think of to deal with the problem. “Nothing I tried seemed to help,” she wrote.

Eventually, Jenner discovered what to do with her pain. And along the way, she discovered some information that might just help the rest of us out!

Which women are likeliest to suffer from back pain?

Sadly, it’s possible for just about anybody to get back pain. However, some women are at greater risk of developing such pain than others. That group includes (and you may want to sit down for this) pretty much all mothers, regardless of age. But the pain is likelier to develop (and likelier to be worse) for women who, like Kylie Jenner, have recently given birth.

Why is postpartum pain so common, and what makes it so intense? For some women, the pain is caused by difficult labor or intense delivery. For other women, it may be caused by temporary changes, including hormonal surges and weight fluctuation. Making matters worse, the pain often develops before the baby arrives, and the actual act of childbirth makes things worse. The saddest part of all is that the pain may not go away for many women, and all those tiny acts of motherhood (from holding the baby to changing a diaper) will just intensify the existing pain.

That’s the bad news, and when you’re in the midst of this pain, you might worry that you’ll never be able to make it go away. But the good news is that there are several easy ways to deal with back pain, and you can start working on some much-needed relief as early as today!

Easy ways to deal with back pain

Ready to start dealing with your own back pain? While there aren’t any good over-the-counter solutions for long-term relief, you can start making that pain a thing of the past by engaging in daily stretches. For example, finding the right lower back stretches can help you deal with existing pain, and these stretches can even help you ward off future pain. If you are currently pregnant, there are even special pregnancy stretches you can do that make it far less likely you will develop postpartum back pain.

If the stretches don’t work, or you just want to work with an expert, then you need to find a good chiropractor in your area. On the most basic level, chiropractors help you deal with persistent musculoskeletal problems. Pregnancy issues (for example, having an off-center uterus) may make those problems worse. But whether you’re currently pregnant, were previously pregnant, or simply have persistent pain, a good local chiropractor may be able to provide almost instant relief.

How did Kylie Jenner handle her back pain?

As we discussed earlier, Kylie Jenner experienced major postpartum back pain after giving birth to her second child. How, then, did she deal with the problem? Honestly, she dealt with it like celebrities deal with most major issues: by throwing serious money at the problem until it went away!

Thanks to her great wealth, Jenner was able to easily afford stem cell treatments courtesy of the doctors at Eterna Health. She praised these doctors and their amazing work, encouraging other women experiencing postpartum back pain to try the same solution. Many sarcastically responded that they might need a loan from the reality star before they can afford a solution as fancy as stem cell treatment!
